I'm Sarah Weier, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Tikvah Counseling and Wellness. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, blending practical tools with deep emotional work. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic techniques, and psychodrama to support healing on multiple levels—mind, body, and spirit. I believe we all have the capacity to heal, especially when we’re seen, heard, and supported. My role isn’t to fix you—it’s to walk alongside you as you make meaning, build resilience, and create space for change that feels authentic and lasting.
Outside of counseling, I’m a lifelong learner of philosophy and spirituality, and the many ways people find hope in the face of hardship. “Tikvah” means hope in Hebrew—and that’s the heart of this work.
